SERVICE HOURS 

           Families are required to complete 20 hours of service throughout the school year. 

• A total of 20 service hours are required per each family.

• Service hours can be fulfilled by volunteering time in activities, projects or maintenance at the school. Service hours may also be earned by donating needed items to the school.

• Parents are responsible for submitting a “Service Hour Voucher” (available in the office) each time hours are completed.

• Parents donating items requested by the teacher for service hours must provide a printed receipt for every $10 spent.

•  Parents / Guardian please maintain a personal log of completed services to refer to throughout the year. Families will receive periodic reports on completed service hours. 

• Please make a copy before turning in your vouchers.

• Half of the twenty service hours should be completed by mid December.

• All service hours must be submitted to the school office by the end of May in order to receive proper credit.

• Any service hours not completed by the end of May will be billed to the students FACTS account.
