I have been a teacher for over 30 years and have had the privilege of being a part of helping shape the minds of many children at Poverello. I love being a teacher and being able to help my children grow their love for God and learning. I try and make my teaching unique by being very involved with the children and giving them a loving and fun environment.

I have been an assistant teacher and have been blessed to have the opportunity to be able to teach this year. I love to be able to have the opportunity to grow a bond with my children and help shape their minds. I really enjoy watching all the changes throughout the school year and knowing I helped them just as much as they helped me learn. I like to bring myself to their level and be playful while teaching them new things. The quote that inspires me to be a better teacher every day is “It takes a big heart to shape little minds”

I started out assistant teacher here at Poverello of Assisi Preschool 8 years ago. I have always loved children so being able to teach is truly a blessing and I an m enjoying every minute of it. It is wonderful to watch them learn and grow throughout the year.
